brief fitness note

I am quite pleased to say I traversed 9.2 miles last night on the elliptical trainer, then weighed in at an all-time low (since middle school, at least) of 193.5 pounds. This morning, I put on a size-12 skirt (formerly size 14) and strode (no more teetering on weak legs) off to work in cute high heels. A lovely turn of events, even on a chilly, rainy Memphis day.
